Shipping Policy

Every order at The O Club is printed and made to order. This means your item doesn't come off a shelf, it's created specifically for you once you place your order.

Processing Time
Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment before it dispatches. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer, particularly for customs processing outside New Zealand and Australia.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

Customs and Import Charges
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at acoomer@hotmail.co.nz and we'll help track it down.
